We use the new Degono British Coffee Press to make the best cafetiere coffee. We recommend 15g, or 2 heaped dessert spoons of coffee per cup for best results. This is such an easy cafetiere to clean, and it really reduces the sediment that can spoil the coffee in a traditional cafetiere.
